Mrs. Neeraja Reddy is a passionate educator and school leader with more than 18 years of experience in early childhood and primary education. She began her educational journey with Glendale Edufun in 2008 and gained valuable experience working with young learners. In 2010, she joined Bachpan Preschool and successfully established and managed the Bachpan Motinagar and Bachpan Balkampet branches.
Having nurtured and guided hundreds of children since 2010, she has always been committed to creating a joyful, safe, and activity-based learning environment. With a strong vision to provide quality education at affordable fees, she later transformed the institution into Eduvion Preschool and Primary School, bringing together academics, creativity, discipline, and modern teaching practices under one roof.
Her educational philosophy focuses on nurturing every aspect of a child's development through academics, music, dance, robotics, skating, karate, digital learning, and engaging classroom experiences.
Under her leadership, Eduvion continues to grow with a commitment to innovation, care, values, and student-centered education. Her dedication has earned the trust of parents and helped build a strong educational foundation for generations of learners.
